The 300ZX is a real sweetie, but repair costs grow exponentially with Turbos, justifiably or not. Nissan parts are also expensive (they wanted $600 for a catalytic converter on my 85 300zx).

That said, I would sell the Corrado privately (the market is good for those) and buy the 300. You only go around once, might as well do it in a really cool car. Also, since you are getting a bit of a deal, you will be able to get a considerable amount back on your initial investment.
