I got one at WalMart for my '95 LX V6 for about $20-$25 bucks. Don't know the brand offhand but it's about as easy to use as it can be.

For OBD-I a paperclip works just fine. You're mainly paying for the book when you get the Sunpro code "reader".

(Well, OK, one mod.  Before I got rid of my previous car, a 1994 Tempo, I swapped radios.  I liked the Tempo's radio better.  That counts as a mod, doesn't it?  I also kept one of my Tempo's wheels to use as a spare.  I hate those stupid ?compact? spares that come with modern cars.  Does this count as a mod?  If so, I guess I have two mods.  Replaced burned/melted blower switch and connector on 19 February 2002 with a 1P3T toggle switch from Marvac and a Molex connector from Rat Shack; I guess this now makes three mods.)

i took back some crappy plug wires to autozone ($49) and traded them for a cheap socket wrench set ($5...cant wait to bust a nuckle with this)...and a 30 code reader...its an actron for up to 95 cars and trucks...however it mentions the 2.5 v6 as an application but not the 2.0 ....haven't tried to use it yet because the weather has been confused all week

95 contour se...dark blue...monsterflow air filter...remanuf atx...wiring harness recall or bust!!!96k miles...motorcraft awsf32pp plugs & red ford racing 9mm wires...kvr black plated cross-drilled rotors & carbon fiber pads...currently undergoing renovation...excuse our dust!!!
are my dodgers for real????
