Agree, Jeeps are either 4WD when the lever is in 4WD or REAR WHEEL DRIVE when the lever is in 2 High. Jeep has never made, and most likely won't ever make a front wheel drive vehicle.

Click Here, and scroll to Drive Section You will notice that this page is for a 2WD Cherokee, but RWD is the base for the 4X4, and the front wheels are added when the Jeep is in 4WD, Front wheel drive with the rear wheels added when the vehicle is in 4WD, comes in vehicles like the Toyota RAV4, and Lexus RX300. Jeeps are certainly RWD, with front wheels being added as the lever is pulled.
