mine does this too on 2-3 upshifts. what is even more disconcerting is that on 3-2 downshifts the gear doesn't synch in until the clutch is halfway out... i think its a some kind of "safety" thing gone band, well at least i hope it is. to try and combat this i have been double clutching when the engine and tranny are cold, which is good practice for when my synchros go out entirely eek . I do almost entirely city driving, so i use 1-4th gears mostly with a lot of shifting, which i'm sure does wonders to help the problem.
