Ain't that the truth. When I had my 94 Z28, I was nearly .5 and 3mph faster at HRP than at KCIR. What's even more mindboggling is that I was running in warm weather at HRP too.
The good news about KCIR is that it's getting resurfaced right now so hopefully the ruts, dips, and "glass-like" surface will be fixed.
