Yep, those are the scenario's that on e faces when heading to the track.
What I do is compare my time/trap to other cars times/traps. It gives a good estimation of where your car is in the world of acceleration.
Of course there are poor driver's, but try and stray from comparing to them.....kinda like the WRX with an NOS sticker on it that ran an 18.xx my last trip to the track!
