I had a similar problem last summer. My A/C condensation was leaking out from the housing in the center console below the dashboard. There is a Ford technical update on this and they mentioned that it could be either poor sealing of the condensor housing or water is draining back into the firewall from the condensation pipe that exits the passenger compartment below the firewall area. In my case, it was poor sealing around the condensor housing. The water leaked out from the condensor pan to the lower area where the heater coil is and then found it's way out around the area that butts up against the firewall. Since the car was out of warranty, I was taken advantage off. I tried fixing it myself first, but then gave up when I saw the difficulty of taking out the heater coil in/outlet pipes below the car so as to be able to get inside the condensor housing and seal it with sealant. The job was priced at $675.00 by Ford dealer. GOOD LUCK!
