hey all, as most of you know by now i have a new '03 maxima now. as good as the maxima guys may be on this topic, i trust you guys a whole lot more. so i zainoed my car within the first week that i got it. thinking to myself that it was enough time for the paint to "completly" dry. well i just noticed tonight that there are a lot of water spots that just won't go away. what's going on? is it cause of the zaino or something to do with the paint? i have never had this happen before or heard of it happening. how can i get rid of it. tia.

It just sounds like you had the water spots before you applied Zaino and now they are sealed in. Try some quick detailer (Z6 or another) first. If that doesn't do it, then you may need to use some isoproply alcohol to remove Zaino, and the water spots.

Just a tip for next time: use Z6 before applying any Z coats. It increased the gloss and cleans up any leftover water or dirt.

Dawn Dishsoap will strip that Zaino off, too, should you need to do that..
