Adding that 250 shot of nitrous doesn't count Ryan...

However I am saying a freshly built 3L with hypereutectic pistons (I.E. stock - good to ~400HP safely), forged rods, DMD and upgraded bearings are going to handle about anything you throw at it normally aspirated and even a good dose of the old juice. (100 shot's fair game )

The best part about it is that a "well built" high strung (11.5CR & 7500+ rpm) 3L with a shot of juice is going to be as fast (possibly even faster!) as any of the built FI'd 3L's.
Off the juice it still would be a strong light to light contender. However on the highway is another story.

Now throw in autocrossing and all bets are off since the high strung 3L makes it's power naturally and doesn't have to wait for boost (either exhaust lag or rpm dependant)
Not too mention the front end is a bit lighter too without the added FI gear.

2000 SVT #674 13.47 @ 102 - All Motor! It was not broke; Yet I fixed it anyway.
