but it seems to me that on the non svt duratec 2.5 like in citation's car, that the back plugs aren't as hard to get to, but I could be wrong. I know when I did mine on my SVT getting to the back plugs was a pain in the butt! In my opinion, a spark plug socket is a MUST! Also, a good pair of 90 degree needle nose pliers! Anyhow, let us know when you get it done!

All we used were our hands.

why do people think it's so hard to work on these cars?

We also did our springs, took about 1 1/2 hours each car once lifted.
