I think the F1 thing would be fun, but it does get expensive.

i looked over the LR site and it seems that to race, each person would need to show an SCCA license. since i am assuming that very few of us have those, a group rate on racing probably won't work. Ummm...in the interest of those of us on a budget, I would definitely like to go as a group to watch. 220$ is definitely steep.....

well thats to actually drive on the track guys. not to go see races. maybe i didn't explain that. this is a road course not a 1/4 mile strip like englishtown. and is an instructional day so your paying for that too

What happened to this thread??? Are we still at least meeting somewhere??? Another thought: There is a place in Enfield, CT called Guido's that is a reproduction of a 60's style restaurant, complete with scantily clad waitresses who skate out to your vehicle  (sorry Kim  )...There's alwaysd many varieties of Hot Rods there, with a big enough spot in the back for us to meet. Thoughts???
