sorry to call you out, mike. but it simply had to be done...
i looked over the LR site and it seems that to race, each person would need to show an SCCA license. since i am assuming that very few of us have those, a group rate on racing probably won't work. HOWEVER, i think we should still go. maybe to one of the SCCA club events. the races are only $10 or $12 for the whole day and you get to walk through the paddocks, etc...
i also like the idea of meeting at wontgowup's place since it seems pretty central to most people. and if the WRX or FocalJet or NECO folks want to join us, they might be into going to LR too...
we could take some good pics and send them to SCC and get some more face time for the club.
all in favor?

I just suggested my place because it's about a 15-20 minute drive from the MA Pike, right on Rt.5 and you can get off Rt.91 and it's about a 1/4 to 1/2 mile drive, depending on where you exit. The neighbors won't care, as long as there's no smoke shows There is also a McDonald's a block away and Bookends for Elky

Ummmm....a little more than that. Lets just say that not only do they sell "nekkid" books, but they have some interesting videos and "toys" as well. Oh and Elky can get a "blow-up companion" for the trip home (for the 2 or more person lane) !!
