Well, I have worked at a dealership for quite a few years as a Detailer, among other positions...and from my experience when we have something like this come up, I would take a scrup brush and some, first, Velour and upholstry cleaner and try to remove it that way... if that failed I would try to use something a little more harsh to try and dissolve it , like adhesive and label solvent.. and a scrub brush.. if that failed, I would tell the salesman to cover it under warranty to get a new headliner.. And believe me form my experience... Make a BIG ENUF fuss about it.....and YOU'LL GET IT.... IF it was a NEW Car..
