ok heres a question what is the highest revs anyone got out of a 2.0l zetec?
The best i have had was on a dyno @ 7200 with diablo chip and cam gears and a few other mods.

You mean you shift out of second into third at 65??thats normal...you shift at 6000 or 6200 if you don't manually shift.

Nope.. I said I shifted out of 3rd to 4th at 65 mph...
Was that too early ??? 
I guess that's the reason why my engine is running like new.... and my gas mileage makes me so happy...
Serious now... at what RPM is the Super "Z" running at when on 3rd Gear at 65MPH ??

whoa you must drive really slow! shifiting from 2nd to 3rd I do around 50(60 when trying to go my fastest) and like 70-75 from 3rd to 4th
