Andy is right. I had a Dodge Daytona that I bought from someone that had 5% tint and the second day I drove the car I was pulled over by Maryland State Police and was told to remove the tint and make it legal or else. To me, I wouldn't want to give them anything to pull me over. And to depend on how the Police feel as to whether they will say anything to me or not, I wouldn't take that chance!
