A cop can still pull you over at any point and test it sticker or not! Unless you have medical records to prove you are allowed to have darker tint and a medical reprieve isn't allowed in all states.

I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment
for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety
labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?

Lol medical reprieve?!??!?!?!? I never heard of that one for tint! But oh well I am expecting within a year to be pulled over, my older brother bet me 20 bucks within 3 months i'd be pulled over and given a workorder!

Andy is right. I had a Dodge Daytona that I bought from someone that had 5% tint and the second day I drove the car I was pulled over by Maryland State Police and was told to remove the tint and make it legal or else. To me, I wouldn't want to give them anything to pull me over. And to depend on how the Police feel as to whether they will say anything to me or not, I wouldn't take that chance!
