Neither Chip will remove the SPEED LIMITER unless you ASK for it to be removed.
I have a Diablo Sport chip, and I know people with the SuperChip.
It is NOT disabled on the default burn unless you ask for it to be disabled.
My Contour maxes out at 115MPH on a Dyno.
Before the Diablo, I had it over 120+ on an open stretch of the NYS Thruway.
I wanted to see if the Cruise Control would work over 100MPH.
When I got it over 120, I was pretty confident that it was working and disengaged the Cruise.
