Agreed... This has long been debated on NECO, and the general consensus is that it's a p.o.s. Until somebody can show dyno proven results *on a duratec*, I won't be wasting my money on it.
Just for clarification, it doesn't actually spin - the fins are fixed in place and supposedly "swirl" the air as it moves over them generating less turbulence, or at least supposedly that's how it works. There was somebody on NECO who heard a horror story of of one of those metal fins sheering off and getting sucked into the engine. Doesn't sound like something good to me...
