you are lean on both banks. you got a vacuum leak, a big ass one at that. you need to replace UIM gaskets, im 100% sure of that. i had the exact same problem, exact same symptoms and all. replaced UIM gaskets and it runs like brand new. its not too difficult to do either, so you should try it yourself

I agree. I have the exact same CEL codes right now and found a vacuum leak at the UIM gaskets. Yours might be the same problem.
You can check for a vacuum leak by: - listening for hissing sounds while the engine is running - checking for cracked hoses - checking for hoses with loose or missing connections - spraying carb cleaner between all of the engine seals and hose connections while the engine is running. This will cause the engine to stumble if there is a vacuum leak.

yes, the cold weather will cause an aging UIM gasket to fail.

Yes, cold weather is a factor.
Most materials contract in cold weather. This causes any leaks (between two components) that are small to become larger in cold weather. For example, have you ever noticed how some house doors are hard to close in the winter, but not that way in the summer?

UIM= Upper Intake Manifold
When they say meter gasket they're probably referring to the MAF (Mass Air Flow) meter.
