WOW! It almost sounds like we have the exact same car w/problems.
If this trend continues:
When it starts missing: Coil Pack. (might have gone bad because of plugs and/or wires, so just replace all three.)
When the window starts grinding going up and down, its the window regulator (cables get funkified).
