I think Momo makes adapters for Contours/Mondeos.

I remember a couple years ago there was a dude that had a Momo wheel on his SVT, and would switch it up between the Momo and the Stock.

There's also a German guy (Bombig, I think) that has an aftermarket 3-Spoke wheel with an Airbag. It looks pretty good.
