Check to ensure you're not blocking airflow with this gasket too. I had to take the dremel to it (it's metal) to line it up properly with the TB.

Well...maybe I don't need to get a new gasket after all. I will write down the p/n's and just try re-using the stock gasket.

ive taken my tb off a dozen times and ive never replaced the gasket and it seal perfect everytime. as long as you take care of it.I agree with warmonger.

you guys saying you keep re-using it, you probably are always modding your engines. someone like myself who only had it off once, and that was to fix the car (uim gaskets) found it in my best interest to get a new gasket, because i dont got any plans to take it off again in the foreseeable future
