have you removed your door panels lately? The little bulbs in the door handles (interior) are connected to the same circut as the dash cluster lights...maybe there is water in your door or something??? the way the bulbes are done in the handle is kinda cheap. Only the positive wire has protection (that is all that would be nessesary but why not isolate the other too??? anyway, that could be your problem (water getting into the door at top and maybe you should make sure all your handle bulbs are working too!
