IMHO, I wouldnt do racing stripes on a Contour. I had them on my `80 Ramcharger but they happened one night after a few too many beers.

I think it looks good if you do the right colors. The svt with the two stripes is really nice. I say go for it.

I agree, to each is own. Just like spoilers and wheels, it could make it or break it..

I think they look good if done right...ask mikey boy or someone proficient in photoshop to do it for you so you know how it looks. Roger's SVT looks awesome. I want to put one on my mystique I think! our hoods have a little raise in the middle, and I think it may look pimp to have a single white one going all the way down and takes the shape of it on my T-red.
However I havent gotten anyone to photoshop one for me.
