I'm looking to put racing stripes up the hood and over the top, right down the back of my 95 contour se. It's blue and I was figuring on two bold white stripes. Does anyone have any pics of racing stripes on their contours so I know what I'm getting into before I start?

You want Roger, aka The Striped Svt, you could do a search for that name and probably find pics of his car, or maybe look in the E Great Lakes forum for him. Doesn't look too bad on his car if you ask me. If tastefully done, they can look alright, if you do it, post some pics for us, and welcome aboard.

please...no... Before the rebirth of the "racing stripe". It was a cool thing that you associated with good old American muscle cars. Now its just gotten out of hand. Now I'm seeing these "racing stripes" on Buicks, chevy cavaliers, even dodge aries.
