The bottom of the back seat pulls right up, then you'll see two tors head bolts, actually you only need to remove the two outter ones, the middle one is a kind of support bracket for the back seat. If i recall correctly the torx bolt size was T-50.
As for the sill plates did you take out the little plastic screws before you started pulling them up?
