What kind of suspension are you running? I just ordered Eibachs from Corey.

Just Eibachs and stock struts for now. I plan on replacing the struts sometime during the summer.

Not from me - I'm probably going to use ST200s as well.

Hector's been running them for a while. He reports no adverse affects as of yet. Besides, the guy I was trying to buy Koni Yellows from in the Classifieds stopped responding to me, so I needed an alternative.

DemonSVT made a comment in the suspension forum that anything over a 1.25" drop would reqiure a shorter strut. You might have read it there, but it has been stated over and over in so many places.

In theroy, you should go with a shorter strut anytime you drop the ride height of your car. This will allow your strut to perform within its designed limits. The thing with the Roush and Eibach springs, is that they do not "slam" the cars ride height. Hectors drop is about the same as mine. Doesn't look like much at first, but when you pull up next to another that is not... It really stands out! You can actually install the springs on the strut without using a compresser. All you have to do is press down on the spring and start the nut! It the springs where any lower, you would kill you struts in very short order.

Hope this helps out a little. If it doesn't, then go and download the latest BAT catalog and read the information at the beginning of the suspension section. Some great information and many basic questions are answerd.

I almost forgot! Yes! The ST200 strut is a stock style strut. The only difference is that it is tuned for the Mondeo ST200 over in Europe. Hince the term, "Euro Tuned"/"European Tuned", that you will hear being thrown around when talking about these. They offer all the aspects of the great stock, smooth ride, but just a little more aggresive in it's handleing.
