i'd say your best bet isnt shifting weight or removing much of any from the back but rather just trying to lighten up the front as much as possible...
A/C pump is a big one... you might get a lighter radiator? lightened ps and alt pullies couldnt hurt... lightened flywheel if its mtx... uhhh maybe there are hardened half-shafts that are lighter than stock? tubular control arms would be nice... the stock ones are moderately hefty.. hmmm... lighter wheels on the front wont really do much for 'weight distribution' but it does make a big difference. uhhhhh u could probably find lighter brake pads.. take your hood protector guard sheet off from under the hood.. its useless pretty much. get a smaller windshield washer reservoir maybe? that would be pretty cool actually. brake rotors would be another one.. i think SPM has rotors that are lighter than stock for SE/GL's A tubular engine cradle / subframe thingie (the big U shaped frame piece under the engine) would be sweet and from what i understand that SOB is very heavy... if its duratec take the shroud off the engine and the bolts that dont hold the box thingie onto the valve cover can go to.
aaaaaaand yeah i'm all out of ideas..
(disclaimer: i'm just theorizing here, if you do something and kill yourself it aint my fault)
