I stopped by Pep Boys to get my double plats and they wanted $9.45 (give or take .10). Now I realise why I went with the Bosch at $5 or so a piece the first time. After telling him that his prices were way f*$#ing off, he told me, "Listen buddy, if you want quality parts...come to see me here at the counter. Other wise you might be able to find what you need over there!" as he pointed over to the APC crap!
It was too funny actually, I laughed all the way to Checkers.
I liked paying $3.99 AND getting the $2 mail-in rebate.
