TB gasket and EGR gasket are both what I call "meltable" style. Can be re-used but are so cheap that they should be replaced. EGR especially likes to stick and tear when the EGR is disconnected from the UIM. IAC "gasket" is a little piece of stiff paper and costs like $1. UIM gaskets (you need 2, about $10 per give or take) are "reuseable" per Ford but should be replaced while you have it off. Those are the only ones you will run into unless you pull the lower (and that's a much bigger job since the fuel rail has to come out, too).
