Well guys I am selling the car so I am out for this...

Ohsigmachi is probably taking my spot so I guess the GB will go on...

i will have to pull out too if it doesnt go down soon. i have major body work that is going to start any day now and part of it depends on the hood

I've been in contact with the people handling this GB for a while. I know it's taking a while and it's frustrating (I'm in the body kit GB, I know how frustrating waiting is), but it really seems they're working hard to get it done very soon. I've got things I want the hood for too, but if it doesn't get here in time, then oh well. If it never gets here because people dropped out of the GB, then that will be a real shame. If it never gets done because nobody ever gets a hood to zxtuner to be molded, then that will just suck. If anybody here wants this done and has a good hood, please try getting it there if you want it done soon. My hood is full of dents, or I would try to figure out a way to get mine to california.

This is bull! There is no way that they are trying as hard as everyone is describing!

Getting a hood to a shop for this would take a week, two at most with the troubles we have all been hearing.

Quit telling us that it would be a shame if we backed out of this! We have been lied to numerous times about who, what, where, when, and why! NO MORE BS!

They said they had enough $ just in the deposits to go and buy a new hood, so what is all this talk about someone taking theres to them?? The shop should take charge of getting the hood because of how long this has been put off.

Ask Mikey Boy if he will make one....

It's up to somebody in the GB to get a hood to them so a mold can be made. These people handling this GB are just like me and you and have lives and some need the hood to be on their cars. If we buy one from junkyard or dealer the price of the hoods will go up. If you are tired of waiting then get a hood out to california so a mold can be made. Like I said, there are other GBs taking MUCH LONGER. And if this gets finished by the end of the year then I'll be happy, of course I'd be happier if it got done sooner. But I can't get my hood out there so I can't complain too much. It would be a shame if you backed outta this cuz then there would be no CF hood for pre98s EVER.

Please people. We are not BSing anyone. We are working on getting this hood down here. Even though it is only about 2 hrs. away from me the owner can't drive without a hood in cali. You get a ticket for that. Until he can get his other vehicle to drive while we have his hood we are stuck. I am hoping everything goes to perfection though and this weekend I can drive up there and pick it up. Please bare with me and him. Just like the g/b on the body kit took forever you see that it is now an actuality. This WILL HAPPEN.

I really wanted this hood but its not gonna be any good with out the car

Apart from the fact I live at least two hours away from ZXtuner, I also have a full time job and a very busy life. I offered my hood, to help things go smoother, despite the fact it WILL inconvenience me, and despite the fact that right now its looking like I won't even be able to afford one of these hoods myself. If someone can get a hood there sooner, be my guest, I am trying my hardest. I could cry you a long sob story about why its turning out to be so hard for me to get it down there, but I don't need to. If you need details feel free to PM me. I am sorry it is taking a while, but these group buys do take time, as we've seen before....
