Man..... I'm tempted to say I'll buy two(and sell the second after the GB) just so long as I could pay both deposits in one go, and then the remainder for each hood a month after eachother....

i'm really interested, and i posted a list of questions already that I need answers to before I can shell out money. When will deposits be due and when will final payment be due? I'm almost sure I can fit it into my budget, just not sure when.
