You didn?t mention the year or engine. Some tours were recalled because of a bad crimp on the throttle cable. You should check your recalls to see if your car is one of them.
If it isn?t, you can buy a new cable and change it yourself for about $20-30 or bring it to a mechanic (not the dealer).
