If you want to do something similar I can make up the etched glass style vinyl that says SVT and you could do that over the painted sail as it would look much more professional. Just my .02 and PM me if you want some of the vinyl stickers or even a set of stainless sails.

Looks can be deceiving... The reason the letters "look" higher is because of the slant of the italic print. The "S" comes a little closer to the edge because it is a fatter letter than the "T". Center for center and height for height, they are the same as each other.
