I GOT THE RACE TRACK!!!!!!

$40 a race car (spectators may be charged, maybe not, TBA)at the gate will get us access to the race track thursday afternoon, hours to be announced, no pre-signing contracts, etc... just show up and have some race track time if you want to!

Just to clarify, this will NOT be competitive racing, its open track racing so you go out with a pack of spaced out cars and just tear around the track, there will be no agressive passing or competition so the chance of a wreck involving 2 cars is pretty slim.. everyone will be playing it smart and enjoying a good time tearin up twisties.

I'm in talks with the Old Mill Holday Inn in omaha, its right off of the interstate and also just a block or so away from Dodge street (main highway that divides the entire city) plus it does have a relatively secluded lot!

Everything else is moving along... just want to keep yall in the loop!

Matt, you are the man, that's exactly what I was interested in hearing about and that's the same as we did it for Gingerman last year except that was $50 each IIRC. I've been on both and I can tell everyone if you liked Gingerman last year, you'll love MAM. Hey gimme a call sometime I pmed you my #.

Sweet,... I get a '98 SVT just last weekend and now there's a Contour meet in my backyard in three months.

I hope I can make it to racing at MAM. Sounds like a blast.

Hey Speed Demon, just checked out your car and remembered I'd seen it before on the Omaha racing forums. I lurk around there every now and then. It's great to find so many Nebraska/Midwest people here.
