It's been a toss-up for me. I've hit probably 75% of the larger islands and Corfu is the one that's in a dead heat with Santorini. Santorini is by far the most visually stunning place I've ever visited, but Corfu is in the running simply for the classical beauty and greenery mixed in with the ruggedness.

Either way, one can't go wrong.
