I did my passenger window regulator. It took me about 2 hours, but I took my time, and it was one of the first repairs that I ever made on a car. I got the part for ~ $130 (including shipping) at http://www.fordpartsonline.com.Here are some threads on the topic: http://www.contour.org/ubbthreads/showflat.php?Cat=&Board=trouble&Number=5531http://www.contour.org/ubbthreads/showflat.php?Cat=&Board=trouble&Number=52262http://www.contour.org/archive/showflat.php?Cat=&Board=UBB3&Number=134426http://www.coldair.org/archives/0108/msg00332.htmlIf you don't have a Haynes or Chiltons manual, then I suggest that you get one. Good luck.
