Wouldn't removing the needle rests and putting them back on screw up the calibration? I thought this issue came up on CEG v. 1.0 when the gauges came out last summer...

I think mine are fine, you just have to have the car running before you replace the speedometer needle.

However the needles are powered, they seemed to be wound up I remember them "springing" back to the needle rest at 0 mph...
