Okay, if it is coming through your vents, check your cabin air filter (located in the passenger side, front, underneath the wiper cowls..
That can give off a HORRIBLE smell.. If it is THAT bad, you may have to clean out the ducting going into the car, as well.. May try a little baking soda to neutralize the smell(after cleaning the filter), but other than that, I couldn't advise on the duct cleaning..
