60/40 with the CD4E

77/33 with the G5MR

If you lock 4wd via locking the RBC (fluid type clutch, non viscous):

50/50 for both

Funny but true fact, the Mazda 323GTR also uses a G5MR tranny and has awd. That car is probably going to be harder to come by than the Jag, but probably cheaper to use that drive train if the Escape doesn't work out.
