I ran mine under the car as well. Wire tied along the fuel lines. Has held up great for about 2 years. You will notice that there is a pug in the truck frme rail in the perfect spot for you to run the wire fromt he box to under the car.

Not to ask a stupid question but, I have been contemplating this for a while and had planned on running both - and + wires all the way to the engine compartment. I have a 100 feet of mil-spec aircraft tefzel wire in 2 awg leftover from an aircraft project I was going to use. I guess I have become untrusting of "chassis grounds". Any reason not to do this?

Alright, since we're covering all this stuff, I have a question as well, 2 parter actually. first part is what are the small wires on the + connector for, and second part is, what do you do with/about them when you relocate to the trunk. I'm hoping to do this in a couple months, and have been rather curious about those small wires. Anyone know the answer?
