Look around at all the threads started in here or the Zetec forum. There are TONS of "Zetec Turbo" threads where people ask about turbo options, etc. There is nothing wrong with this; simply wanting to know. But I am sure lots of people email/call them with questions when they really have no intention on purchasing their product.
I am not one to talk; my views and plans for my car change every week. But I do not "waste" companies "time" by contacting them about stuff I am likely not to do.
