i agree that the sylvania 'cool blue' bulbs are sh!t. i done a sealed beam conversion (purchased totally clear replacement headlamp assemblies that used a h-4 bulb) on my s-10 and i purchased a pair of apc 'blue' h-4 bulbs (90w-low, 110w high...actually wattage) and those were the bluest bulb that i had ever seen..you could see real well at night...the blue tint is easier on the eyes....and on high beam...lol you could see a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG way......a friend of mine put those bulbs in her neon....just a little blue tint to them....not worth the money or the aggravation of putting them in....just my thoughts..
