There are Cobra R rims on www.summitracing.com

Look in the 'wheels' section, then in the 'ford racing' category. They have regular and chrome wheels, some of which are in a 4-bolt pattern. I'm pretty sure the offset is wrong for the contour.

Honestly, the best choice for a "cobra look-alike" wheel in 17" for the contour, is the Focus SVT wheel. It is a design "knock-off" of the 2000 Cobra R wheel, and fits quite well on the contour.
