I just ordered mine and paid with PayPal ($72.99 shipped). I ordered the coating and clear coat finish. I have seen the data on under-hood air-temps and considered it to be a real problem with our cars. From necessity I had planned to make a shield myself from sheet metal â?? but having such a nicely finished product available with all the guess-work done is so much more appealing! I will spend the saved time on other improvements. I think that if someone wants a shield and values their fabrication time at all, that this price is very reasonable.
