This sounds much like clogged cats and the DPFE line blowing off - if this is the case you will have to gut (clean out the insides) or replace the precats and check the main cat.

Dude could you snap one a lil farther out it would really help , just so i can make sure ;But i do beleive that my whole dang vacuum accuator piece and linkage are missing. LOL that might represent a problem hehe
I gutted out the cat so now it is a straight pipe... I reconnected the hose - car ran good after that. It was still stuttering on acceleration until 3000-3500 rpms though! I have replaced or fixed: -the hose thing -plugs -wires -coil -fuel filter -air filter -oil change -gutted cat -put svt duals on *WHAT ELSE IS THERE!! MABEY:* -new o2 sensors -new exhaust headers -new Y pipe -timing belt? (not sure what that does) ????????
