I noticed today when turning the steering wheel hard over to the left, the passenger tire feels lumpy. I can also hear and feel a kind of binding noise in that area. Hope this isn't too vague. Any ideas? Thanks, John

Air pressure? I'm not sure what a binding noise is but something to check is the sway bar which if it moves back & forth could cause a rub. Check it with the wheels straight to see if it has any left/right play when you pull/push on it.

Bad CV joint. Drive your car in a circle in an empty parking lot. try it left and right. If its really clunking then it could be that.
