I spoke with Alessondro regarding my problem with not being able to keep my tips from severely rubbing the inside of the valence cutout. He had just run into the same situation with a system he had installed. The problem is caused by excessive heat buildup in the flanges during welding which causes the flanges to warp. He suggested taking the system apart, placing each flange facedown on the floor and hammering the flanges flat. I'll try this if it will fix the problem so that I won't have to pay a muffler shop to fix it or have to ship the system back to Canada.
