im getting a little impatiant too. Im the guy who got his system misdelivered, And now i have to wait for brullen to file a claim against fedex. Exept everytime i email alex. i get "im gonna go to brullen tomorow "and ill see whats going on" This was like a month ago. And im curious if brullen has even filed the claim So you guys might have systems that dont fit, But i dont have a system at all, And i have no idea when i will be getting it.

Sounds logical but won't work for me. My back bolts are as tight as they will go, ie: the flanges are flush together. My front bolts are loose enough that the flanges are spread apart enough that the flanges do not seal against the gasket resulting in blubbery exhaust leaks on both sides and the tips are still tight against the inside of the valence cutouts. In fact, they are still so tight against the valence that any movement of the exhast system causes a squeak from the chrome tip rubbing against the plastic. On top of this, the passenger tip barely clears the valence. The driver tip protrudes a good 1.5" further than the passenger tip. Also, when viewed slightly from the side, you can see that the driver tip angles slightly down while the passenger tip angles slightly up.
I tried Alessondro's tip regarding hammering the flanges flat. First, the flanges weren't really that warped when checked with a straight edge. Second, about all I accomplished with a mini-sledge was to round the edges of the flanges and make myself deaf. Third, upon examination, I noticed that none of the four flanges were flush with the pipes they are on. In fact, the pipe of one of the mufflers protruded at an angle beyond the surface of the flange right where the front bolt is, thereby adding to the problem.
It looks to me like whoever welded the flanges on did not use a jig to properly position the flanges. SVTCuervo, I spoke with Alessondro yesterday and will call him again today. It looks like Brullen's one year warranty will either have to replace my system from the slip connector back or they will have to pay a local muffler shop to rework my existing system. In the meantime, I have put my stock system back on.

Update for those with fitment problems: Alessondro is still waiting for a decision from Richard at Brullen as to how they want to deal with the problem and honor their warranty.

Well today I brought mine to a custom exhaust shop and with a sawzall and a tig welder, I am now the owner of a installed Brullen system. Some quick thoughts. Very nice deep sound without any raspyness or droning from 0 to oh, well into triple digits. To the folks that got quiet systems, I'm sorry as my loud system "isn't" very loud. Slightly menacing maybe, but not very loud. Take off your resonators. And with a "non SVT" rear bumper, you can see my (muffler) tips very well. BTW who can post pics? Jim

Well, I received my exhaust last night. The only problem I found was one of the flange welds has a hole in it. I guess this will not be a bolt on mod for me as well. I will have to take it somewhere and get that hole fixed before it is installed. QA anyone......

Come on, Ed!!! Just heat that sucker up and stuff some "metal weld" into that hole....that'll take care of your issue!! Seriously, does Elky or someone have a MIG welder you could borrow?? I mean , you only need one bead, right??

Ed, try a trial fit first. Hopefully, the system will bolt up with no problems. If it does, it should be a minimal charge at an exhaust shop to hit that hole with a torch. If your system doesn't line up, schedule time at an exhaust shop and contact Performance Ford about a reimbursement for the charge. It only took about 45 minutes but they ended up replacing the flanges with sections of stainless steel pipe. They also added another hanger to take advantage of an unused rubber biskit installed at the factory next to the rear split. We figured I might as well take advantage of it.

Thanks for the tip. I think that is exactly what I am going to do. Try a trial fit this weekend and I already have a time set up on Wednesday just in case.
