just my 2 cents, but, under the circumstances, i think Alex and his Brullen counterparts are trying to do the best they can with a tough situation. I'm going to bring my car into a local muffler shop anyway (some a**hole stole my jackstands!!)so, if there's a fitment issue, i'll let them deal with it....they have been VERY reasonable on my other project cars, so i doubt they are going to screw me to fix what is probably a small fitment issue....like I said, my 2 cents

I haven't either, but I do believe both Borla and Bassani ask you to specify your Contour's build date.

Yesterday Alex told me that due to the design change needed for the 2000's, it took three weeks rather than the usual one week to get the pipes back from the pipe bender. If I understood him correctly, the pipes are at Brullen now. They need to make the straight pipes, weld on the hangers, etc. The 2000 systems should ship next week. In fact, since the later model SVT factory systems seem to fit all Contour models, Brullen may go with the 2000 system as their future Contique offering.
